A Family Driven by Purpose

NAKH Collective began in 1994 when our founder, Karim Kanji and his wife Nevin, faced many parent's worst nightmare. Their son was born with special needs and the medical system at the time offered them no answers to improve their son's quality of life. Desperate for solutions, Karim traveled from Edmonton to Hamilton, Ontario to take his son to specialist after specialist while simultaneously studying holistic healing, reflexology, aromatherapy, and massage therapy, learning and refining his own methods to help his son to enjoy a better quality of life.

Combining his training with Eastern healing traditions, Karim eventually created a unique and proven methodology for massage therapy, utilizing many of the same methods that had helped his son. For over 30 years his mission has been to share his knowledge of holistic medicine and to help as many people as possible through his massage college. His relentless concern for clients and students has been the guiding principle behind NAKH Collective since day one.

Today, NAKH Collective is a family-run organization with Karim and Nevin's children, Aliana, Hussain, and Nerissa, continuing to grow the company and carry on the legacy of their parents. NAKH Collective is proud to be a family-run business that learns the name of everyone who walks through their doors.
